Job Summary
Supporting the Florida Healthy Kids program operations, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Bilingual QA Administrator will monitor phone calls, conduct quality reviews, and assist with compliance to ensure performance standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor phone calls and complete back-office quality reviews to assess employee performance and compliance
- Assist program clients with paperwork and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Participate in special projects and serve as backup support for the call center during high volume periods
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 0 - 2 years of experience
- Bilingual proficiency in both English and Haitian Creole
- Permanent residency in the Continental US
- Familiarity with Florida healthcare policies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
