Job Summary
To support a nationwide virtual practice, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist will deliver evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a remote setting, design personalized treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive care team while managing documentation efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
- Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
Required qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
- Licensed in Florida
- Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
