Job Summary
To support Haitian Creole-speaking older adults, the part-time Florida Licensed Bilingual Therapist will provide telehealth therapy, manage individualized treatment plans, and conduct sessions in Haitian Creole while enjoying a flexible schedule and clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to Haitian Creole-speaking older adults via telehealth
- Build individualized treatment plans around each patient's goals and needs
- Complete documentation in the EMR with AI-assisted notes
Required Qualifications
- Active, independent clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, or equivalent) in the state where this role is posted
- Fluent in English and Haitian Creole, able to conduct full therapy sessions in Haitian Creole
- Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience with older adult or geriatric populations preferred
- Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
