Job Summary

Managing complex claims for advanced automobile accidents, the fully remote Non-Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss while determining coverage, liability, and damages to negotiate claims within their authority for clients in Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to manage claims
• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Evaluates and negotiates basic to moderate injury claims, identifying customer needs and ensuring satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Bodily Injury Adjuster
• Experience in claims administration and resolution
• Understanding of subrogation and fraud potential
• Knowledge of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
