Job Summary
As a Complex Bodily Injury Adjuster, the full-time remote position will manage the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of auto liability claims involving severe injuries across Florida, Texas, Indiana, and Georgia, ensuring informed decisions on coverage and liability.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate claims to determine legal liability and damages
- Negotiate settlements with claimants and attorneys, while keeping insured parties informed of developments
- Assess claims for potential fraud and collaborate with the Special Investigations Unit as necessary
Required qualifications
- Active Florida Adjuster's license
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or 3-5 years of related experience in bodily injury claims
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in the non-standard auto industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and familiarity with Guidewire preferred
