Florida Licensed Business Advisory Manager

Job Summary

Managing all client work, the fully remote Florida Licensed Business Advisory Manager will oversee bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services while training team members and ensuring timely delivery of financial statements and other deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and review work from entry-level and senior staff while managing all client engagements
• Provide accounting and advisory services, including preparing financial reports and ensuring adherence to accounting standards
• Develop relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide proactive risk and compliance assessments

Required qualifications

• 5 - 15 years of professional accounting experience, preferably across multiple clients and industries
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• CPA certification preferred
• Expertise in accounting software and systems, with experience in NetSuite and Sage Intact a plus
• Ability to create and understand accurate financial statements
