Key responsibilities
- Structure and govern business entities, including drafting core governance documents and advising on ownership and capital structuring
- Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements, including joint ventures, licensing, and SaaS terms, while supporting capital raises and M&A transactions

Required qualifications
