Job Summary
To support the growth of Front Line Care business, the full-time Florida Licensed Care Clinician will provide clinical expertise, manage customer relationships, and assist with clinical solutions implementation while working remotely from Orlando, Florida.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical subject matter expertise and educate stakeholders on the safe use of Front Line Care products related to key quality metrics
- Build and maintain relationships with clinical decision-makers and support retention activities through trials and implementations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored clinical solutions and coordinate follow-up actions with customers
Required qualifications
- Current RN, CCRN, APRN, or other relevant nursing certification as per state requirements
- Strong clinical acumen with experience in nursing or clinical practice
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with healthcare stakeholders
- Experience in clinical troubleshooting and implementation support
- Willingness to participate in local trade shows and educational events
