Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Florida Licensed Chief Pharmacy Officer will lead the enterprise pharmacy strategy, oversee pharmacy operations and procurement, and ensure clinical quality and financial performance in a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the enterprise pharmacy strategy, aligning operations with organizational goals
- Maintain accountability for clinical quality, regulatory integrity, patient access, and financial outcomes across the pharmacy enterprise
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure pharmacy strategy supports clinical priorities and sustainable growth
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in leading a complex, multi-site pharmacy enterprise with accountability for clinical and financial outcomes
- Experience in establishing enterprise strategy and translating it into measurable performance expectations
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, specialty pharmacy, and procurement
- Proven ability to develop high-performing leadership teams and build organizational capabilities
- Executive-level knowledge of oncology drug economics and pharmacy regulatory requirements
