Key responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of litigation experience
- Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing
- Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and case management abilities
