Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster will manage a complex case load, collaborate with staff and technology to facilitate injured worker recovery, and handle claims primarily from Oregon while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage a case load of workers' compensation claims, ensuring prompt and ethical recovery for injured workers
• Collaborate with trained staff and utilize technology to enhance the claims process
• Handle claims from multiple jurisdictions, including Oregon and Washington, as needed

Required qualifications:

• Active Florida Adjuster's License
• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2-year degree or higher preferred
• 7+ years of prior claims adjusting experience
• Experience with Washington workers' compensation claims is required
• Willingness to obtain additional licensing for handling multiple jurisdictions
