Job Summary

To support a growing insurance brokerage, the fully remote Florida Licensed Claims Adjuster will independently manage commercial trucking property damage claims, investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and resolving third-party claims with a focus on minimizing costs and ensuring timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage commercial trucking property damage claims from initial assignment through final resolution
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and repair facilities while developing effective settlement strategies
• Maintain accurate claim file documentation and ensure compliance with state regulations and company procedures

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling auto or trucking property damage claims
• Demonstrated experience investigating liability and negotiating third-party property damage settlements
• Strong understanding of commercial trucking operations and accident investigations
• Experience evaluating vehicle repair estimates and loss-of-use claims
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
