Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Examiner will analyze and adjudicate complex workers' compensation claims while working remotely, ensuring timely resolutions and managing the litigation process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzes and processes complex general liability claims to determine exposure and manages claims to timely resolution
• Oversees the litigation process, ensuring cost-effective claims resolution and coordinating vendor referrals
• Leads team meetings, assigns accountability, and provides support in performance development for team members

Required qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification relevant to the line of business preferred
• Experience in Southeast jurisdiction, specifically Florida, is necessary
• Florida claims examiner license required
