Job Summary
To support client advocacy and claims resolution, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Manager will oversee the management of commercial property and casualty insurance claims remotely, ensuring effective communication and coordination with clients and insurance carriers.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advocacy for the adjustment of various insurance claims, including property, general liability, and workers compensation
- Monitor and analyze claims statuses, ensuring appropriate reserving accuracy and overseeing select litigated claims
- Coordinate quarterly Claims Strategy Discussions with clients and insurance adjusters to address coverage issues and review claims metrics
Required qualifications:
- Property & Casualty/or All Lines Adjuster License in home state
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in handling 1st and 3rd party property & casualty claims or Agency/Brokerage Claims Advocacy
- Professional designations such as AIC, ARM, or AINS are preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and insurance agency management software (EPIC or AMS360)
