Job Summary
Focusing on fast track liability and subrogation claims, the fully remote Florida Licensed Claims Representative will manage the investigation, evaluation, processing, and settlement of claims while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective resolution.
Key responsibilities:
- Learn investigation, evaluation, processing, disposition, and settlement of claims
- Conduct limited investigations and document information to evaluate losses and recommend settlements
- Maintain effective communication with claimants, clients, vendors, and other resources
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma and a minimum of 1 year of related claims experience required
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
