Job Summary

Leading a team of licensed adjusters, the full-time Florida Licensed Claims Supervisor will provide operational direction, quality oversight, and coaching while managing the processing of first-party claims and ensuring effective customer service in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of licensed adjusters, serving as elevated points of contact for policyholders and claimants
• Oversee the accurate processing of first payments and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Handle escalated questions and disputes, determining when to involve upper management or refer to senior adjusters

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
• Active Florida 6-20 All-Lines Adjuster license in good standing is required
• Prior property and casualty insurance service or claims experience is required
• Strong organizational and conflict-resolution skills with sound independent judgment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; proficiency with claim systems and Microsoft Office applications
