Florida Licensed Clinical Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Application Analyst will provide hands-on support for eCW settings and configurations, engage with customer teams, and document issues while working primarily remotely with occasional in-office requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Act as an eCW Analyst on assigned Customer EHR department team
- Provide thorough documentation of issues and actions taken to resolve or remediate
- Recognize incident trends and escalate possible critical incidents to Tier 2 teams
Required qualifications
- Thorough understanding of eCW and related 3rd Party Vendors applications
- 3+ years of experience with implementation and/or support of eCW
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Industry-specific certification(s): Electronic Health Records - MEDITECH Systems Certificate
- Aptitude for high productivity and efficiency
