Florida Licensed Clinical Intake Specialist
Job Summary
To support adolescents and their families seeking care, the part-time Florida Licensed Clinical Intake Specialist will conduct Connection Calls to assess treatment needs, provide compassionate guidance, and document findings in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Connection Calls with teens and caregivers to assess treatment readiness and explain PHP/IOP options
- Complete CALOCUS screenings, crisis assessments, and suicide risk assessments while documenting findings
- Coordinate next steps with Admissions and clinical teams following each consultation
Required qualifications
- Active, full Florida licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
- Fluency in English and Spanish for clinical conversations
- Clinical experience with adolescents and familiarity with PHP/IOP care
- Experience in crisis assessment and de-escalation techniques
- Consistent availability Monday-Friday, 5:00-8:00 PM Eastern
