Job Summary
To lead clinical education and quality improvement initiatives, the fully remote Florida Licensed Clinical Manager will oversee onboarding, training, and regulatory compliance across employer-sponsored health centers.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead clinical onboarding, training, and competency development for multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Oversee quality assurance, infection prevention, patient safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support regulatory compliance and clinical policy development while monitoring clinical performance and conducting audits
Required qualifications:
- Active RN license; BSN preferred
- Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience with a background in education, quality assurance, or clinical operations
- Experience with EHR systems, regulatory compliance, and clinical staff development
- DOT urine specimen collector and Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) qualifications, or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Quality or infection prevention certification preferred, or willingness to obtain an approved credential
