Job Summary
Overseeing all clinical operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Operations VP will manage care management and utilization management, establish strategic objectives, and ensure effective service delivery in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct clinical operations, including care management and utilization management across all markets
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, recommending improvements as necessary
- Collaborate with departments to resolve provider claims issues and oversee the annual budget for clinical operations
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Public Health/Administration, or related field, or RN license
- 8+ years of clinical and operations experience in the behavioral health industry
- Unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD, or RN
- Previous management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, and managing staff performance
