Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To develop and manage formularies for various lines of business, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct drug product reviews, analyze pharmacy costs, and provide clinical guidance in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop drug product review and formulary recommendations based on drug use trends and primary literature
- Analyze pharmacy cost of care and coordinate the development of appropriate use protocols and guidelines
- Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and assist in the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee review process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy
- 3+ years of combined managed care pharmacy or pharmacy residency program experience
- Current Florida Pharmacist license with no restrictions
