Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist
Job Summary
To support a respected healthcare organization, the part-time or full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct outbound calls, perform Comprehensive Medication Reviews, and deliver Medication Therapy Management services in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls, averaging up to 100 calls per day
- Complete Comprehensive Medication Reviews (CMR) and provide in-depth consultations on statin medication use
- Accurately transcribe prescription, diagnosis, and recommendation data into a web-based application
Required qualifications
- Active/valid Florida Pharmacist License
- 4+ years of experience as a clinical MTM pharmacist, with management experience preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare Part D Star measures, specifically SUPD, SPC, and CMR
- Clinical experience in medication review
- Strong medical/pharmaceutical vocabulary and documentation accuracy
