Job Summary
To support the development of formularies across various business lines, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will define and develop standard and custom formularies while working remotely and ensuring alignment with team schedules during training.
Key responsibilities
- Develop drug product review and formulary recommendations by analyzing drug use trends and primary literature
- Set criteria for medication analysis and coordinate reports to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide clinical guidance and support to pharmacy technicians and develop communication for the Pharmacy & Therapeutic Committee review process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (PharmD., M.S) in pharmacy
- Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions
- 3+ years of combined managed care pharmacy or pharmacy residency program experience
