Job Summary

Managing comprehensive medication reviews, the fully remote Florida Licensed Clinical Pharmacist will conduct outbound calls, provide medication therapy management services, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for comprehensive medication reviews and manage approximately 100 calls per day
• Provide medication therapy management services and consultations on statin medication use
• Transcribe patient-specific prescription and diagnosis information into a web-based application

Required qualifications

• Valid Florida pharmacist license
• At least 4 years of experience as a clinical medication therapy management pharmacist
