Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the Appeals team, the full-time Florida Licensed Clinical Supervisor RN will manage clinical appeals services, provide mentorship, and ensure effective workflow processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage performance and development of Appeals team staff, ensuring quality assurance and effective communication
• Oversee revenue cycle management and conduct root cause analysis of denials to improve processes
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including payers

Required qualifications:

• RN license in good standing
• 3 to 5 years of experience in healthcare, specifically in denials management and appeals writing
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 guidelines, as well as Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial/Managed Care
• Experience managing a team and providing training and leadership
• Familiarity with relevant computer applications, including MS Office and Epic
