Florida Licensed Commercial Banker
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Florida Licensed Commercial Banker will lead opportunities with the Executive Chairman, develop and manage a portfolio, and achieve commercial lending goals while providing exceptional customer service in a remote role servicing the Central Florida market.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and solicit new loan opportunities while achieving sales goals
- Manage commercial loan administration, including monitoring credit quality and coordinating loan closings
- Provide superior customer service and contribute to sustainability and community goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 5+ years of commercial banking experience, particularly in commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending
- Existing portfolio and network in Central Florida
- Experience in a fast-growing banking environment preferred
- Supervisory experience is a plus
