Job Summary
Providing comprehensive legal support, the remote Florida Licensed Community Association Attorney will represent condominium and homeowner associations in various legal matters, draft and amend governing documents, and advise boards of directors on operational and legal issues.
Key responsibilities
- Represent condominium and homeowner associations in legal matters, including contract disputes and general litigation
- Draft, review, and amend governing documents to ensure compliance with Florida law
- Advise boards of directors on operational and legal matters, including dispute resolution and risk management
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in condominium and homeowner association law
- Strong knowledge of Florida Statutes, particularly Chapters 718 and 720
- Proven experience in litigation, mediation, and negotiation
