Job Summary
Providing management and leadership for community associations, the full-time Florida Licensed Community Manager will work remotely to ensure daily operations meet service agreements, facilitate solutions, and promote community harmony.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a consultant to the Board of Directors, providing administrative and operational advice
- Oversee vendor management, including contract negotiations and payment approvals
- Develop and submit accurate annual budgets while maintaining compliance with community documents and regulations
Required qualifications
- Valid Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license
- Experience in community association management or a related field
- Knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes relevant to community management
- Ability to run Board or Annual Meetings and create management reports
- Strong relationship-building skills with residents and stakeholders
