Job Summary
To support the provider compensation function, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Compensation Analyst will manage compensation data, facilitate communication with stakeholders, and provide actionable insights to leadership while working remotely.

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a business-related field
- 1+ years of experience working in provider compensation
- Thorough understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies, including Alternative Payment Models (APMs)
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools, including predictive modeling and regression analysis
- Exceptional presentation skills for conveying complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences
