Florida Licensed Contact Center Rep

Job Summary

Building relationships with patients and co-workers, the part-time Florida Licensed Contact Center Rep will manage scheduling for medical appointments and procedures while meeting performance metrics in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately schedule patients for medical office visits and hospital procedures
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly qualitative and quantitative performance metrics
• Transfer callers to appropriate departments or locations as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical setting or healthcare-related role (preferred)
• Proficiency in computer programs including Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of EHR systems (preferred)
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data
