Job Summary

Building relationships with patients and co-workers, the full-time Florida Licensed Contact Representative will manage scheduling for medical appointments and procedures, handle patient inquiries, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately schedule patients for medical office visits and hospital procedures
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics while managing patient concerns
• Register new patients and verify demographic and insurance information for billing accuracy

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in a medical setting or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) preferred
• Experience in call center or practice telephonic roles for inbound and outbound calls required
