Florida Licensed Contract Reimbursement Representative

Job Summary

Ensuring accurate reimbursement practices, the full-time Florida Licensed Contract Reimbursement Representative will analyze credits, interpret contract rates, and serve as a liaison for reimbursement inquiries in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze credits for proper resolution involving payers, patients, and other entities
• Interpret contract rates and EOBs to ensure accurate reimbursement
• Process refund requests and provide ongoing training for onboarding staff and vendors

Required qualifications

• High school graduate
• One year of medical billing and collections experience
• EPIC experience preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Florida Prompt Pay Law
• Understanding of state/federal hospital regulations and medical terminology
