Seeking a Florida Licensed Contracts Attorney for a full-time remote position who will manage the full agreement lifecycle, utilize AI-enabled legal tools for contract analysis, and help shape the governance of AI in legal work.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and manage various agreements, ensuring AI integration throughout the contracting process
- Analyze contract terms and assess risks using AI tools while applying independent legal judgment
- Train stakeholders and collaborate across departments to enhance the contracting function and ensure compliance
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership
- Minimum of 3 years of legal experience with a focus on commercial contracts in-house
- Experience in healthcare and insurance, particularly with HIPAA and Business Associate Agreements
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements independently
- Hands-on experience with AI-enabled legal tools and improving contract-review processes
