Florida Licensed Corporate Accounting Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a Florida Licensed Corporate Accounting Manager, this full-time remote position will manage end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, oversee pension plans, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounting for share-based compensation, including valuations and expense recognition
• Oversee accounting for pension plans and other employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Drive month-end and year-end close activities, supporting financial statement disclosures and external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting or within a medium to large international organization
• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, particularly in share-based compensation, pensions, and derivatives
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream, is a plus
