Florida Licensed Corporate Accounting Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Florida Licensed Corporate Accounting Manager, this full-time remote position will manage share-based compensation accounting, oversee pension plan accounting, and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal corporate accounting policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting for share-based compensation, including valuations and expense recognition
- Oversee accounting for pension plans and other long-term benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive month-end and quarter-end close activities, supporting financial statement disclosures and audits
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in public accounting or within a medium to large international organization
- Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, particularly regarding share-based compensation and pensions
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or OneStream
