Job Summary

Managing the Medical Staff Education Committee, the full-time Florida Licensed CPD/CME Coordinator will oversee CME programs, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and facilitate mandatory CME requirements for physicians in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Medical Staff Education Committee, including agenda preparation and minute documentation
• Oversee local and national CME programs, ensuring adherence to accreditation standards from application to evaluation
• Track and manage CME funds to ensure compliance with ACCME Standards for Commercial Support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, communication, or technology preferred
• Demonstrated experience administering accredited continuing medical education (CME) programs
• Working knowledge of CME accreditation requirements and documentation maintenance
• Strong tracking and recordkeeping skills for educational activities and physician credits
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate effectively with physicians and stakeholders
