Florida Licensed CRE Loan Manager
Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Asset Managers and Portfolio Managers, the full-time Florida Licensed CRE Loan Manager will handle escalated borrower and investor issues, ensure compliance with servicing guidelines, and monitor team performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex borrower and investor matters, managing relationships and resolving servicing issues
- Lead and support a team, providing training and guidance to ensure accurate management of loan servicing activities
- Analyze portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities, driving continuous process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Four-year degree from an accredited university preferred or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of CRE loan servicing experience required, with 1-2 years in a leadership position preferred
- Full understanding of the CRE loan life cycle from onboarding through mortgage satisfaction
- Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and other information processing programs
- Previous experience with REALSynergy servicing system is considered a plus
