Detail-oriented and professional, the full-time Florida Licensed Customer Service Representative will coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up details and obtain vehicle release authorization
- Communicate with vehicle owners to arrange transport and assist with personal item removal
- Maintain accurate vehicle files and meet daily performance goals, including making 100+ calls and processing 60+ live lots daily
Required qualifications
- Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
- High school diploma or GED
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- A professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Bilingual skills are a plus
