Florida Licensed Denials Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance denials management operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Denials Analyst will collect and analyze data, communicate insights to the denials management committee, and lead prevention projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and report data for insights into denials management and prevention activities
• Review managed care contracts to identify and prevent claim underpayments
• Develop training materials and onboard denials management staff on workflows and policies

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience in billing, A/R follow-up, and denials management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, particularly Excel and Word
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Understanding of insurance reimbursement across various payers
