Job Summary

Leading denial management efforts, the full-time Florida Licensed Denials Manager will direct audits, minimize errors, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle stakeholders to enhance claims reimbursement in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct audits and manage denial processes to reduce errors and rejections
• Analyze data to identify root causes of denials and implement process improvements
• Monitor team performance and provide training and mentorship to ensure high standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of hospital denial management experience in a large healthcare system
• 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in a healthcare organization
• Strong understanding of payer reimbursement and denial functions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel and Word
