Florida Licensed Denials Manager

Job Summary

Managing daily operations of the denials management team, the full-time Florida Licensed Denials Manager will supervise and develop denial management specialists, analyze denial trends, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop denial management specialists while monitoring team performance against established metrics
• Analyze denial trends and develop remediation strategies, coordinating with payers on complex denial issues
• Prepare and present reports on denial performance and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Health Services Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle management
• 3+ years of leadership experience
• Comprehensive understanding of revenue cycle processes, including billing and reimbursement
• Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD coding systems, and payer policies
