Florida Licensed Discovery Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a national litigation team, the Florida Licensed Discovery Paralegal will assist with investigations, manage client documents, and maintain discovery databases in a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform investigation and collections duties to respond to litigation discovery requests under attorney supervision
• Obtain and manage client documents, identifying relevant materials for each case
• Coordinate efforts between client personnel, attorneys, and outside vendors while maintaining organized evidentiary data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; a degree in paralegal studies or a Paralegal Certificate is a plus
• Minimum 1-2+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Experience with Electronically Stored Information and document management systems is a plus
• Professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
• Familiarity with collaboration and work management software is a plus
