Job Summary
To support the emergency department, the full-time Florida Licensed Emergency Nurse will conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care during night shifts in Tampa, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients' physical, mental, and emotional health
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and patient needs
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care by facilitating collaboration among healthcare professionals
Required qualifications
- Florida Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Associate's degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
