Job Summary
To support patient care delivery, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic Clinical Analyst will analyze business problems, design and implement Epic systems, and collaborate with clinicians and end users in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, builds, and configures Epic system modules and supporting applications while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders
- Assesses workflow processes, identifies gaps, and develops future workflows related to new solutions or functionality
- Provides on-call support in a 24/7 production systems environment, troubleshooting issues and recommending resolutions
Required qualifications
- EPIC Healthy Planet Certification
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
- 3+ years of information technology, healthcare, or professional experience
- Experience with EMR application/implementation
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving approach
