Florida Licensed Epic PB Analyst
Job Summary
To support and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing application, the full-time Florida Licensed Epic PB Analyst will maintain and optimize system functionality, diagnose issues, and collaborate with various teams in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, support, and enhance the Epic Resolute Professional Billing application with a focus on community connect configuration
- Diagnose, triage, and resolve incidents and problems related to Epic PB functionality
- Participate in system upgrades and new functionality rollouts, including testing, validation, and documentation
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting or configuring Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
- Epic PB certification or accreditation required
- Strong understanding of professional billing workflows and revenue cycle processes
- Experience with New Department Configuration and Single Billing Office (SBO) workflows preferred
- Ability to operate with autonomy in a remote work environment
