Job Summary

Managing the closing process for residential purchase transactions, the full-time Florida Licensed Escrow Officer will prepare settlement documents, coordinate with cross-department teams, and ensure compliance with title policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare closing disclosures, escrow agreements, and settlement documents per lender and buyer/seller instructions
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve title process issues promptly
• Audit files for accuracy and compliance, ensuring proper management of funds and adherence to regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer
• Working knowledge of Florida state-level escrow rules and regulations
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience with technologies such as Microsoft Suite and Google Suite, and specialty software like Qualia
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
