Building and maintaining client relationships, the full-time Florida Licensed Executive Loan Officer will guide homebuyers through the mortgage process, leveraging their mortgage origination expertise and established network to drive business growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate professionals and clients to market the Rocket brand and facilitate real estate financing
- Consult with clients to analyze their financial situations and recommend appropriate loan products
- Assist clients throughout the loan process from application to closing, ensuring a high level of customer service
Required qualifications
- Experience in mortgage loan origination with a proven track record of generating referrals
- Federal NMLS and state mortgage licenses
- Strong professional communication and time management skills
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in self-generated mortgage loan origination preferred
