Job Summary
To support families in need, the full-time Florida Licensed Family Connection Specialist will manage intakes and assessments, cultivate relationships with community partners, and analyze data while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and assess incoming intakes from various community sources, prioritizing cases and ensuring timely follow-up
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, educating them on available services and ensuring a positive experience for families
- Track and document intake information accurately, coordinating with regional teams for case monitoring and follow-up
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in social services, human services, healthcare, or child welfare
- Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field preferred
- Experience with Salesforce and Basecamp
- Bilingual preferred
- Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board is preferred
