Job Summary

To support financial operations remotely, the full-time salaried Florida Licensed Financial Analyst will produce and distribute reports, perform data integrity checks, and educate hospital staff on financial systems and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and distribute regular reports from Financial and Decision Support systems, including various statistical analyses
• Conduct integrity checks and reconciliations on financial data, ensuring accuracy and reliability
• Train hospital staff on the use of financial tools and assist with budget-related inquiries and data management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, Project Management, or a related field
• Expertise in health plans and knowledge of statistical measures, including linear regression
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL
• Experience in the healthcare industry and understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a matrix-managed environment
