Job Summary

To support financial operations in a home health setting, the full-time Florida Licensed Financial Analyst will reconcile financial data, analyze trends for improvement, and prepare detailed reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Reconcile and validate financial and statistical data for accuracy and completeness
• Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with department directors
• Provide timely financial information to support decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of related experience
• Experience in the home health sector is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
